About the Author
Pamela A. Collins is Executive Director of the Justice and Safety Center at Eastern Kentucky University. She is the co-author of Contemporary Issues in Homeland Security, Women in Law Enforcement, Principles of Security and Crime Prevention, and Workplace Violence. She has also published book chapters, book reviews, and several journal articles.
Ryan K. Baggett is Director of Homeland Security Programs at the Justice and Safety Center at Eastern Kentucky University, where he directs several federal programs from both the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. He also serves as adjunct faculty with the Homeland Security department at EKU.

REVIEW FOR KINDLE EDITION (NO PAGE NUMBERS, ONLY LOCATION NUMBERS)

After purchasing the Kindle edition, I noticed it did not contain page numbers. Instead, it displayed 'location numbers' which did absoultly nothing for me. As a student buying a text book regardless of e-book or physical, page numbers are a must because if referencing the book, one must put a page number in the reference page.
I want to return it but amazon is not allowing it.
If this does not pertain to you, then its a great book for a college course!

great intro to the subject

this book is over priced but the information in it is great for anyone interested in the topic. I had to read it for a Homeland Security Class for college and I enjoyed it. It is well written.
